What our Practitioners have to say...

Mary Walker - zest4life Practitioner, London
“I have been successfully running Zest4life programmes since January 2009. The initial hard work of learning and setting up paid off quickly and now my business is self generating with returners, referrals and new word of mouth clients - all with minimal marketing. I have always been passionate about nutrition, but couldn’t have envisaged the satisfaction of reaching groups of people, by educating and motivating them to change and create their own journey to success. With Zest4life I have had 100% success rate with improvements in health and weightloss and have total confidence in saying to prospective clients “I have just the programme for you”. I have watched so many clients re-gain their health and confidence and with dramatic weightloss for some. And at the same time I have grown myself, taking on more and more exciting opportunities and co developing the zest4life Feelgood Programme. I am very proud to be part of Zest4life” Mary now works with the zest4life central team as a Mentor.
Emily Fawell - zest4life Practitioner, Ealing
“Weight loss is one of the most challenging health issues to deal with and in my experience the most common reason that people make contact with me. Being able to offer zest4life as an option has really broadened the support that I can offer my clients, whether as part of a group programme or on a one to one basis.
Being a zest4life practitioner has really boosted my confidence as I have a structured approach to work through with my clients and plenty of techniques to employ. The tools (booklets, food diaries and menu plans) are very professional and the content of the programme is what sets zest4life apart from any other available weight loss programme.
Working with a group of clients over 10 weeks also enables them to build a deep trust in you and an appreciation of the extent of your knowledge as a Nutritional Therapist, and I have found that as a result of this, zest4life has lead to many Nutritional Therapy referrals.”
Jan Diss - zest4life Practitioner, Esher
"I became a zest4life Practitioner in September 2007, immediately after graduating from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition. There were already a number of nutritional therapists in my area so being a zest4life practitioner was a useful, unique, way to begin to market myself. It was a real bonus having the zest4life marketing materials - they were easy to personalise. The professionally presented session materials and Power Point presentations made it easy to prepare for and run the sessions. I want to work part time, so, I limit myself to running two sessions each week, during term time. I aim to have 10 -12 clients in my morning programme and 5 clients in my evening programme. I really enjoy running my zest4life programmes. The dietary advice is excellent. The clients are motivated, they have a common goal and the sessions are always fun. It is so exciting and rewarding to see people achieve their short term and long term goals.” Jan now works with the zest4life central team as a Mentor.
